    Every house (House from MLS) in the map corresponded to the reality world. Basic price of the HOUSE will rise with the development of the city, such as the quantity of HOUSE had been purchased, construction volume, increase of tourists visit rate. Players can get profits through trade increasing value houses. To purchase house should pay for gold coin and the price depending on the house price of that city. Players can pay 1-10 years cost by one-time, System charge commission (Gold Coin) for property transactions between players.

Ø  Build Constructions
    Players can add room on house, or paint house, or advertize on front page of website, or advertize in paper or magazine, types of buildings will be improved continuously with the expansion of the game, such as houses, roadside billboards. Initially only houses, different houses will cost different amount of gold coins, the price of apartment, buildings,mansion, all be different. You can set up related parameters to sale houses, or display other personalized information, can fill out information, such as owner, contact telephone number, size, price, Web site, and other introduction etc. When other players go to that street, will see your houses, also can check your setup information.

Ø  Fees
    The house which already paid in the available period players can build constructions,(or get ban loan from hostafranc company) demolition, atonement as he want, when become due period player should repay for the house, no payment more than 1 month system will retake the house.
    The property need to pay a certain amount of maintenance fee(gold coins) per month, if not payment more than one month, the building will be sealed off and not payment more than three months. The bank will start legal procedure to take back.
